Chapter III Enrollment and Admission

Twenty-fifth ethnic preparatory classes should implement a unified teaching plan, unified teaching materials and unified teaching standards.

Chapter VI Charges

Article 44 Tuition fees charged by institutions of higher learning for preparatory students shall be managed and used in accordance with the relevant provisions of the state, and all of them shall be used for the expenses of running preparatory schools well.
Article 45 The State encourages enterprises, institutions, social organizations, other social organizations and individuals to donate money to the ethnic preparatory education in institutions of higher learning.
Chapter IX Evaluation of Education and Teaching
