Entry into Jiaozuo

1. Entry personnel, those who have been brought to (returned to) Jiaozuo for centralized isolation medical observation at the first place of entry, will be subjected to "3-day home isolation medical observation" after "point-to-point" closed-loop arrival. The nucleic acid was detected 1 times on the 1 th and 3 rd day of home isolation.

Those who have lived in a high-risk area for two or seven days will be given a "7-day home isolation medical observation" after arriving at the coke, during which the nucleic acid will be detected for 1 times on the 1 th, 3 rd, 5 th and 7 th days respectively.

Those who have lived in a low-risk area for three or seven days must hold a negative certificate of nucleic acid test within 48 hours after entering the coke, and implement "two tests every three days" after entering the coke. Before the results of nucleic acid test come out, they will not take public transportation, go to public places or participate in gathering activities.

4. The personnel in high-risk posts who finished closed-loop operation implemented "5-day home health monitoring" and carried out 1 nucleic acid tests on the 1 th, 3 rd and 5 th days respectively.

5. Control measures shall be implemented with reference to high-risk areas for coke-entering personnel in areas with large-scale epidemic and high spillover risk.

6. Home health monitoring personnel should live in single rooms, avoid close contact with their families, advocate separate meals during meals, do not go out during health monitoring, and do personal protection when going out in special circumstances such as medical treatment.

VII. Medical observers in home isolation live alone and do not go out during the period of home isolation. For those who really need to go out due to medical treatment, the closed-loop management of "peer-to-peer" will be implemented with the approval of the community (village). If there are * * * residents or accompanying personnel, they shall abide by the management requirements of home isolation medical observation. If there are no conditions for home isolation medical observation, centralized isolation medical observation measures shall be taken.
