Operators and unit canteens engaged in food sales or catering services must apply for food business licenses.

Application for food business license, original and photocopy of business license, registration form of legal representative, registration form of food safety management personnel and food safety professional and technical personnel, original ID card of legal representative, registration form of employees, health certificate of employees, property right certificate or lease contract of food business premises, layout of business premises, registration form of food safety facilities and equipment, and enterprise food safety management system must be submitted when handling.
