First, there were no new confirmed cases for 14 days.

As we all know, the incubation period of COVID-19 is generally 14 days. Although there are some cases with long incubation period, it is very rare. According to the statement of the incubation period in the Prevention and Control Plan of novel coronavirus (4th Edition) issued by National Health Commission, the incubation period should be 1- 14 days. To be on the safe side, the maximum value of 14 days is generally adopted in China. Therefore, if there is no new confirmed case for more than 14 days, it can basically be judged that there is no potential danger in COVID-19.

Second, all members of community organizations are negative for nucleic acid testing.

Although there were no new confirmed cases in 14 days, a nationwide nucleic acid test was arranged to be on the safe side, and all the results were negative. This means that COVID-19's nucleic acid sequence has not been detected in all people, which means that none of these people carry COVID-19 virus. Since all the staff did not carry COVID-19, it shows that there is basically no possibility of COVID-19 lurking in this area. So unsealing is appropriate.

China's prevention and control of COVID-19 is very timely and thorough. Once COVID-19 virus is found in any area, it must be isolated. In areas where COVID-19 cases have occurred, all the staff will be thoroughly investigated to avoid missing a possible case.
