In order to strengthen elevator safety management, Donggang District forced elevator manufacturing, use management, maintenance and other enterprises to implement the main responsibility to ensure the safety of citizens taking elevators. According to the Law of the People's Republic of China on Safety of Special Equipment, Regulations on Safety Supervision of Special Equipment, Regulations on Property Management in Rizhao City, Notice of the General Office of Shandong Provincial People's Government on Strengthening Elevator Quality and Safety (Lu Zhengban [2065438+08] No.27) and Notice of Rizhao Housing and Construction Bureau and Rizhao Market Supervision Bureau on Further Strengthening Elevator Safety Management in Residential Areas (Lu Zhengban [2066] No.7) and other regulations and documents, the Donggang District Market Supervision Bureau, together with the District Housing and Urban-Rural Development Bureau and the District Community Construction Administration, innovatively promulgated the "Implementation Measures for the Publicity of Elevator Safety Complaints in Donggang District". It is understood that this is the first elevator complaint information publicity system in China.

Publicity of elevator complaint information

We will adhere to the principles of objectivity and justice, seeking truth from facts, abiding by laws and co-governance by society.

Publicity once a quarter,

Publicity is valid for one year from the date of publication.

Elevator complaint information mainly comes from 12345 mayor's hotline, on-site complaints and reports, and news media exposure. The market supervision, housing construction and community management departments of Donggang District will carefully verify the received elevator complaint information every quarter, screen effective and typical complaint information, and make it public if the community name, use management enterprise (property company), real estate development enterprise, elevator maintenance enterprise and elevator manufacturing enterprise involved in the complaint report are under any of the following circumstances.

(1) The use management enterprise and maintenance enterprise involved in the complained elevator are put on file for investigation due to illegal acts;

(two) the elevator is trapped because the elevator management enterprise management is not in place or the maintenance work of the maintenance enterprise is not in place;

(three) after verification, the same residential area has been complained about the elevator use management enterprise for more than two times in a quarter; Upon verification, the same elevator maintenance enterprise has complained about the maintenance project within its administrative area for more than two times in one quarter due to the elevator maintenance enterprise;

(four) other circumstances that need to be publicized.

(5) The elevator complaint information caused by the elevator passengers themselves is not within the scope of this publicity.

Elevator complaint information will be publicized in the following ways

(1) Portal websites of market supervision, housing construction and community management departments in Donggang District.

(2) Rizhao mainstream media, influential website platform, WeChat official account, self-media, etc.

(3) Public information should be reported to Rizhao Municipal Market Supervision Bureau, Rizhao Municipal Housing and Construction Bureau and Donggang District Government Safety Committee.

Publicized enterprises will become the target of precise supervision by government departments and carry out key supervision.

For enterprises with high complaints and reports, the three departments will conduct administrative interviews to urge them to improve their service quality and elevator safety management level.

At the same time, the results of information disclosure will be an important reference and basis for enterprise credit construction, government procurement and other projects.
