The residential price in the central city is 2.47 yuan /m3, that in Qingshan District is 2.47 yuan /m3, that in Wuhan Economic and Technological Development Zone 1.9 yuan /m3, and that in Wuhan Xinzhou Yangluo District is 2.26 yuan /m3.
