The latest news: According to the new ten requirements on epidemic prevention and control, expressway, airports, ferries, railway stations and other transportation hubs in Xiamen have adjusted epidemic prevention measures one after another, and will no longer check health codes, travel codes and so on.

In accordance with the prevention and control policy requirements of the State Council's joint prevention and control coordination mechanism, the inspection of nucleic acid certificates and health codes for 48 hours will be stopped from February 7, 2117, and the adjustment time of various prevention and control measures in Beijing will be notified separately.

Entering (returning) Xiamen

1. Our city continues to implement free nucleic acid testing service (some nucleic acid testing points are extended to 22: 11), and people are encouraged to have a nucleic acid test every 72 hours.

2. Negative proof of nucleic acid test within 48 hours should be checked by plane, high-speed rail, train, inter-provincial long-distance passenger transport and inter-provincial passenger ship.

3. For those who have lived in a high-risk area for 7 days, they will be observed in isolation at home for 7 days (nucleic acid detection will be conducted on the 1th, 3rd, 5th and 7th days respectively).

4. All (entering) people who return to Xiamen must register their information in advance through the "Information Registration of Persons Entering Xiamen" on iXiamen WeChat WeChat official account, and take the initiative to report to their units, communities or hotels, and cooperate with the implementation of health management measures. If it is not reported in advance, it must be re-recorded and reported within 6 hours after arrival in Xiamen. Classified management shall be carried out according to the epidemic risk level of the starting point and passing places:

a. For those who have lived in Class A areas (Inner Mongolia, Tibet, Xinjiang, Chongqing, Hebei, Xining City of Qinghai Province, Zhengzhou City of Henan Province, Luoyang City, Lanzhou City of Gansu Province) within 7 days, 3 days of home health monitoring and 4 days of self-health monitoring shall be carried out after entering the building, and 1, 2, 3 days.

b, for those who have lived in Beijing, Guangzhou, Foshan and Wuhan in Hubei within 7 days, refer to the management of Class A areas, and implement home health monitoring for 3 days+self-health monitoring for 4 days after entering the building, and conduct a nucleic acid test on the 1 th, 2 nd, 3 rd, 5 th and 7 th days respectively. Those who have no fixed residence and do not meet the home conditions will be implemented.

c, for those who have lived in a B-class city (see the table below) within 7 days, four inspections will be carried out in five days after entering the building, and nucleic acid detection will be carried out on the 1 th (landing inspection), 2 nd, 3 rd and 5 th days respectively.

d and C cities, that is, all people who enter (return to) the building outside the city except the AB area: after entering the building, three inspections will be carried out for three days (including landing inspection).

In addition, according to Notice No.29 [2122] of COVID-19 Epidemic Response Headquarters of Xiamen City,

1. Entry into Xiamen must be reported.

2. Those who enter (return to) Xiamen outside Fujian Province (including the history of living abroad in Fujian Province within 7 days) and those who enter (return to) Xiamen in counties (districts) where high-risk areas are located in Fujian Province, who have arrived in Xiamen for less than 3 days, will not enter catering services, shopping centers (including department stores), shopping malls, supermarkets, agricultural (fair) markets, beauty salons, baths, foot baths and foot baths.

3. Before the negative result of "landing inspection" comes out, people who enter (return to) Xiamen from other areas in Fujian Province should strictly stay at home or in the store, do not enter public places, participate in mass activities or take public transportation.
