1. The enterprise is dissolved due to poor economic benefits and difficult maintenance of production and business activities.

2. Joint ventures and foreign-invested enterprises terminate their business activities due to the expiration of the joint venture term.

3. Due to irresistible reasons such as natural disasters and wars, the enterprise disappears or cannot operate.

4. If an enterprise as a legal person fails to carry out production and business operation activities or stops production and business operation activities 1 year after receiving the Business License for Enterprise as a Legal Person, it shall be deemed to be closed.
