Processing Since the country issued the Twelfth Five-Year Plan for the Development of Agricultural Cold Chain Logistics, China's agricultural cold chain logistics has entered a stage of rapid development. However, there are still some problems in the cold chain logistics of agricultural products in China, such as low automation level, high logistics cost and low cold chain circulation rate, and a perfect cold chain logistics system has not yet been formed, which leads to a big gap between the cold chain logistics level of agricultural products and the upgrading of residents' consumption, the development of modern agriculture and the expansion of agricultural products export demand. At the same time, with the increasing attention to food safety, the demand for high-quality low-temperature food is increasing day by day. At the same time, the rapid development of the Internet has led to the explosive growth of e-commerce. The online shopping platform has opened the channel between sellers and consumers, and the logistics chain of the cold chain has been lengthened, and the market demand for the cold chain has increased rapidly. Obviously, it is the right time to develop cold chain logistics, and choosing a suitable development model as the business strategy of cold chain transportation enterprises has become a key factor for the success or failure of cold chain enterprises.

First of all, pay attention to customer needs and provide comprehensive solutions.

When the profit model of new cold chain enterprises is unclear, they often take large-scale measures to build entry barriers, but they can't improve resource utilization through short-term business growth, which makes the return period too long and even affects their strategic judgment. Therefore, the development of cold chain enterprises needs a suitable development model and management model. 1. Realizing the development goal in two stages Compared with the traditional cold chain transportation enterprises, the new cold chain enterprises will pay more attention to the cooperation with farmers in the producing areas, not just to meet the transportation needs of customers. New cold chain enterprises will provide integrated solutions from farmers to consumers. "Production", "sales" and "distribution" are integrated, and cheap products are introduced from the source, so as to control the quality of products in an all-round way and improve the stickiness with farmers and consumers in product areas. From alliance with producing areas to customized breeding, from quality distribution to establishing full-chain business partnership, new cold chain enterprises will position their development goals through strategic cooperation in producing areas and online and offline platform partnerships, and realize their strategic goals through phased implementation. 2. The warehouse network and the store network are integrated to build a partnership cold chain platform. The warehouse network and the store network of new cold chain enterprises are integrated. The establishment of warehouse network first distinguishes production warehouse and sales warehouse from function. For the warehouse of origin, it is necessary to establish a cooperative relationship with local specialty stores and other shops with local characteristics [1], which will become the basic window for publicity; Sales warehouses establish cooperative alliances with various community stores as sales extensions. At the same time, community stores will also become the main resource to carry the last mile of preservation. For the new cold chain store network, it will be an open partner platform, which can make full use of social resources. Individual industrial and commercial households may become shop network partners as long as they install special three-temperature refrigerated display devices. Platform operation can not only quickly become an extension of sales and solve the last mile distribution problem, but more importantly, it can use important destination resources at low cost. 3. Developing the circulation production and processing technology and expanding the central cold storage space will become the nerve center of the future cold chain development. The circulation of agricultural products after preliminary deep processing will gradually solve the circulation problems of seasonal agricultural products such as short sales period, tight storage and transportation, and difficult distribution. In addition, the development of circulation production and processing technology can highly integrate online platform and warehouse network, improve the viscosity with farmers and terminal sellers, and help cold chain enterprises to cut peaks and balance production. With the rapid development of biotechnology, food chemistry and other related disciplines, the processing technology of agricultural products is developing faster and faster. Microwave technology, aseptic storage and packaging technology, instantaneous high-temperature sterilization technology, vacuum freeze-drying technology and other high-tech processing technologies have been widely used in the production and circulation of agricultural products. Relying on the development of new sterilization technology, the dependence of product circulation on low-temperature antibacterial and fresh-keeping packaging technology will also be reduced, and the difficulty of circulation will be reduced. From the technical development trend, in order to ensure the nutrition, freshness and delicacy of fruits and vegetables, in addition to the traditional quick-frozen, dehydrated and canned products, cut products have been widely used [2]; Agricultural products processing began to develop in the direction of energy saving, environmental protection and high efficiency. At the forefront of deep processing of agricultural products, it is developing to the molecular level. Through the extraction and utilization of functional components and molecular level of raw materials, we can develop some health foods that meet the needs of human body, improve the deep processing technology of agricultural products and realize the comprehensive utilization of resources. In addition, with the continuous application of high technology, processing equipment is becoming more and more new, such as aseptic packaging equipment, multifunctional beverage canning equipment, quick freezing equipment, membrane separation equipment and so on. Of course, compared with developed countries, there is still a certain gap in the processing technology of agricultural products in China, which happens to be an opportunity for the development of new cold chain enterprises. 4. Focus on prenatal management and build a leading cold chain enterprise for food safety based on domestic products. Food safety has become the primary concern of food consumption, and paying attention to prenatal management will become the breakthrough direction of cold chain development in the future. Take vegetables supplied to Hong Kong as an example. According to the data of Shenzhen Inspection and Quarantine Bureau, in 20 16 years, Shenzhen transported 5 10000 batches of vegetables for Hong Kong, * * * 475000 tons, up 10% year-on-year. It is believed that in the next three to five years, the prenatal management of food based on the mode of supplying food to Hong Kong will be gradually popularized, and obtaining the first resource of prenatal management will provide a broader development space for the development of cold chain enterprises. Figure 1 tries to provide development strategies at different development stages from the driving factors of business development. The key points are: establishing production partnership with front-end farmers, establishing omni-channel sales network based on distribution processing technology, forming alliances with specialty stores, community stores and online platforms, and establishing a new green and healthy cold chain ecology.

Second, based on concrete and simple practical ideas.

Implementing specific and simple operation strategy is the key factor of success. This paper mainly gives a basic operation model based on "production" and "sales", that is, by making the production warehouse contract and the sales warehouse contract promote each other. Then, through project-based organizations, we provide integrated solutions in the mode of origin (different from customers and industries), and finally establish an operation system around warehouse management. Of course, the success of all operational strategies is inseparable from efficient and flexible platform technology. Figure 2 describes the operation system based on the warehouse marketing system, and on this basis, the business objectives are achieved through management technologies such as "five forces" (borrowing external forces, developing new forces, integrating capabilities, stimulating capabilities, and optimizing internal forces).

Three. Concluding remarks

The development space of cold chain logistics enterprises relying on providing transportation services is limited. It will be the key for cold chain enterprises to gain future development space to have new cold chain enterprises that provide integrated solutions based on the development of new technologies, serve to improve the quality of life of residents and promote the economic development of producing areas. Therefore, it may be a correct and effective development model to choose a suitable business model, improve the quality of cold chain distribution, and implement perfect cold chain distribution technology to make cold chain distribution simpler and more affordable. Undoubtedly, this paper provides a practical reference direction for the development strategy, operation strategy, effective operation and healthy development of cold chain enterprises.
