Three small and one stall refers to: small food workshop, small restaurant, small grocery store, food vendors.

1, small food workshop, refers to a fixed number of employees not more than 7 people, in addition to office, storage, tanning and other non-production and processing sites, the use of production and processing space area of not more than 100 square meters, engaged in traditional, low-risk food production and processing activities of producers.

2, small food establishments, refers to the use of premises with an area of not more than 50 square meters, engaged in food service operators.

3, small grocery stores, refers to the use of premises with an area of not more than 50 square meters, the main sales of pre-packaged food, bulk food sub-food stores, kiosks, convenience stores and other operators.

4, food vendors, refers to no fixed store, and outside the centralized trading market by the government legally designated places to sell prepackaged food, bulk food or on-site food operators.
