The mode of operation is wholesale and retail.
The business items are prepackaged foods, bulk food (including cooked food or excluding cooked food), dairy products (including infant formula milk powder or excluding infant formula milk powder) and edible agricultural products.
Applicants applying for aquatic products and chilled livestock and poultry products shall clearly mark the aquatic products and chilled livestock and poultry products on the food circulation license. Where the applicant applies for other edible agricultural products, the food circulation license shall be marked with the words edible agricultural products, and shall not be marked with water-containing products and chilled livestock and poultry products.
Aquatic products and chilled livestock and poultry products that have obtained food production licenses belong to the category of prepackaged foods or bulk food, and shall be licensed according to prepackaged foods or bulk food.
Shopping malls, supermarkets and convenience stores engaged in on-site selling and selling of circulating food shall obtain a food circulation license. For details, please refer to the "Regulations on the Administration of Food Site Licensing in Beijing Circulation Field (Trial)".
Application material
(1) An application for food circulation license;
An applicant for a food circulation license shall confirm it according to the following circumstances:
1. The applicant of the proposed enterprise is all investors of the proposed enterprise;
2. The applicant for establishing an enterprise is an enterprise;
3. When an enterprise branch applies for a food circulation license, its subordinate enterprises are the license applicants;
4. Individual industrial and commercial households apply for food circulation license, and the operator is the license applicant;
5. If the business premises or counters of shopping malls and supermarkets are rented to engage in the on-site production and sale of food and apply for a food circulation permit, the shopping malls and supermarkets are the applicants for the permit.
The applicant shall sign and seal the application and other materials as required.
(2) A notice of pre-approval of the name or a copy of the business license;
(3) the use certificate of the business premises and the specific orientation map of the business premises;
(four) the identity certificate of the person in charge and the food safety management personnel; There are food safety technicians, but also need to provide technical personnel identification;
(five) certificate of junior high school education and food safety management personnel training certificate;
(six) a list of business equipment and tools related to food business;
(seven) documents on the spatial layout and operation flow of business facilities related to food business;
