open wechat and click "discover" in the menu below.

click "search" on the "discovery" page.

search for "wechat payment" and click enter.

click "more help".

in the "other help" pop-up menu, click "become a merchant".

under "wechat payment business edition", click "open now".

click "register now" in the pop-up page.
