Yuncheng has trains to Beijing, Xi, Tianjin, Chengdu, Taiyuan, Shijiazhuang, Datong and Linfen.
Highway Yuncheng City has 209 National Highway passing through, which can reach Sanmenxia City in Henan Province and huayin city City in Shaanxi Province respectively. There is a bus to Wutai Mountain every 39 minutes at Taiyuan Long-distance Station, which is Mount Iveco. If you go to Wutai Mountain from Shanghai, Nanjing, Suzhou, Wuxi, Xuzhou, Jinan, Shijiazhuang, xi and Zhengzhou, you can take the express train to Taiyuan first, and there is a long-distance bus from Wuyi Square in Taiyuan to Wutai Mountain. There are direct flights to Taiyuan in major cities such as Beijing, Guangzhou, Chengdu and Xi. After arriving in Taiyuan, passengers can take a long-distance bus to Wutai Mountain at Wuyi Square in Taiyuan. Road passenger transport is particularly important, because neither trains nor planes can go directly to Wutai Mountain. It's convenient to get off at Shahe, Fan Shi, Daixian and Yuanping stations on Jingyuan Line by train, and you can also take a bus to Wutai Mountain. On the North Tongpu railway line from Datong to Taiyuan, there are also buses from Ningwu and Yuanping to Wutai Mountain, and there are also many long-distance buses to Wutai Mountain in Xinzhou every day. There is a long-distance bus from Fuping, Hebei Province to Taihuai Town of Wutai Mountain, and there is a shuttle bus between Taihuai Town and Taiyuan every day. During the June Congress of Wutai Mountain (from the beginning of June to the tenth day of July in the lunar calendar), it is the time with the most tourists. During this period, long-distance buses were added in the counties and townships around Wutai Mountain, such as Dongye to Wutai Mountain, Yangquan to Wutai Mountain, Fuping to Wutai Mountain, Fan Shi to Wutai Mountain, Yuanping to Wutai Mountain, Shahe to Wutai Mountain and so on.
Kaiyuan Tieniu, also known as Tang Tieniu, is located in the west of Yongji15km, on both sides of the ancient Yellow River Road in the west of Zhou Pu, with four statues each. It was cast in the 12th year of Kaiyuan in Tang Dynasty (724) to stabilize Pujin pontoon bridge and maintain Qin Jin traffic. This bridge was destroyed at the end of Yuan Dynasty, so it is called Hezhen Iron Bull.
Pujin Ferry is a big ferry of the ancient Yellow River, located on the east bank of the Yellow River outside the west gate of Xupu House in yongji city. Pujin Ferry has been the transportation hub of Qin Jin since ancient times, and many dynasties built pontoons here in history. According to Chunqiu Zuozhuan, Zhao Nian and Qin Gongzi went to the State of Jin to build ships on the river.
Pujin Ferry Kou site is a large-scale site with rich remains, and it is also the first large-scale ferry site excavated in China. It shows China's ancient scientific and technological achievements, such as bridge traffic, Yellow River regulation, smelting and casting technology, etc. It also intuitively reveals the changing process of sediment deposition, river rising and bank retreating in the Yellow River, and provides many useful materials for historical geography, hydrogeology, environmental archaeology and Yellow River regulation.
