"Jiajiale" takes the farm courtyard as a unit, and attracts urban tourists to watch, relax, entertain, eat and shop with its own geographical advantages, production conditions, farming methods, natural conditions such as its own courtyard, garden, orchard, fish pond and grassland, and local folk customs. Its main content is "eat farmhouse meals, live in farmhouses, do farm work and enjoy farmhouse music", which has become a channel for many people to get rich. However, not all "farmhouses" can be "happy".

"Nongjiale" is the tertiary industry under the small-scale peasant economy environment. The most basic procedure for farmers to run "happy farmhouse" is to apply for industrial and commercial business license, as well as health permit, fire permit and tax registration certificate. Only with these preconditions can they open their doors to do business. Many provinces and cities across the country have started pre-job training and examinations for "Nongjiale" catering, hotels and other service industries, and those who pass the examination will receive relevant certificates issued by the Ministry of Labor.
