It is possible for many factories to choose regional recruitment. I think there is a reason why many factories don't recruit Gansu people.

On the one hand, many factories are located in the south or coastal cities, and most of them will choose to recruit locally, while Gansu is located in the northwest of China, far away from the southeast or southern cities, which is one reason.

On the other hand, I think the recruiter may have a bad impression of Gansu people. Workers in Gansu may have been inefficient or careless in the past, but they are much better now.
