1. By sending invitation messages to some passengers, passengers are encouraged to eat on demand. Passengers can reply directly by SMS, or choose green flight service through meal reservation through channels such as China Southern Airlines APP, WeChat and customer service hotline. If the passenger successfully participates, no meals will be prepared for the passenger on board, only drinks will be provided, and the passenger will receive an additional 311-511 China Southern Airlines mileage award.
2. Since the trial operation of the "Green Flight" project on more than 411 daily flights originating from all parts of China Southern Airlines in April, it has received positive response and support from the vast number of passengers. More than 51,111 passengers have participated in the project, reducing the waste of meals by more than 51,111 copies. China Southern Airlines launched a green flight reward program to encourage passengers to eat on demand, which is a concrete measure to implement the five development concepts of the CPC Central Committee, such as "innovation, coordination, green, openness and enjoyment", and also to respond to the construction of national ecological civilization and fulfill the social responsibility of central enterprises.
