The hourly wage standard for part-time employment shall not be lower than the minimum hourly wage standard stipulated by the local people's government of the employer.

The settlement and payment period of labor remuneration for part-time employees shall not exceed fifteen days at the longest.

2. Do hourly workers need to sign labor contracts?

Hourly workers may not sign labor contracts. Hourly workers belong to part-time employment, and the employer may not sign a labor contract with hourly workers, but only reach an oral agreement with hourly workers on work matters, stipulating working hours and labor remuneration; The employing unit may also sign a labor contract with the laborer to stipulate the work content and labor remuneration, and the labor contract can be used as evidence after a dispute occurs. If only an oral agreement is reached, it will be more difficult to find evidence after the dispute.
