Affected by the monsoon trough, from 07: 00 to 08: 00 on the 3rd/kloc-4, the winds in Qiongzhou Strait, Chengmai on Hainan Island, Haikou to Ledong were 5-6, and the gusts were 7, while those in Beibu Gulf, eastern Hainan Island and Changjiang to Lingao were 6-7, and the gusts were 8. The city's tourist attractions (spots), parks and outdoor amusement places have all closed down. All kinds of large shopping malls, complexes, commercial pedestrian streets, restaurants, entertainment venues, exhibition venues and other crowded places are closed. All buses, passenger transport, ferries and docks in the city were shut down. The Bay Bridge and Hushi Bridge will implement traffic control in time according to the instructions of the provincial authorities.
