What behaviors are illegal business operations
1, unauthorized business operations of franchise, monopoly goods or other goods whose trading is restricted as stipulated by laws and administrative regulations;
2. buying and selling import and export licenses, import and export certificates of origin and business licenses or approval documents stipulated by other laws and administrative regulations;
3. those who illegally engage in securities, futures or insurance business or illegally engage in fund settlement business without the approval of the relevant competent departments of the state;
4. engage in other illegal business activities, disrupt the market order and commit serious acts.
