2. keel: generally hexahedron.

3. Angle iron: it can be processed by itself with conditions, but can be processed outside without conditions.

4. Wood: nail rack with 2×2 cm square wood.

5. blanking: four pieces in length and width, smeared with white latex, pasted and nailed. The aluminum alloy material of the ground cabinet has the same dimensions of height, width and length. Saw it at a 45-degree angle and connect it with plug-ins.

6. lighting: generally, two or three fluorescent tubes are used. 1 meters long lamp, with more than 2 meters light box. 31W lamp tube, placed in a light box over 1 meters. The thickness is generally 21-25 cm.

7. Upper plate: When nailing small nails, drill a small hole with an electric drill first, otherwise the hard nails will crack, so nail them at the extreme edge, and nail three or four nails more than one meter long. Only four nails can be nailed to the wide side plate, and holes are drilled on the side to penetrate the wires.

8. Aluminum strip: 21×21MM aluminum corners are used, and the length and width are all 2mm larger than the top plexiglass board. The aluminum corner head is sawed at an angle of 45, and the screws are all nailed on the side with a thickness of 21MM, and the front includes regular script. Never see the nail.

9. Paste the organic characters: arrange the characters on the surface of the light box according to the design, lightly check, straighten the characters, and then paste them with organic glass glue. There are two pasting methods, one is to stick the organic glue on it, and the other is to use a medical needle to suck the organic glue and gently inject the edges. The second one is better than the first one. Check whether there are any typos, missing words or reversed words, and check whether each word is glued firmly and whether there are any missing words.

11. Cleanliness: Use a small piece of clean cloth, dip it in some water, and then squeeze some toothpaste to wipe it evenly. After wiping it evenly, dip it in some water with a cloth, and wipe it on a large area. The water is not easy, so the cloth can be wet.
