The fire resistance rating of the basement of high-rise building shall be Grade I, and the specific provisions are as follows:

Article 5. 1. 1A Song and Dance Entertainment Places (hereinafter referred to as Song and Dance Entertainment Places) such as song and dance halls, video halls, nightclubs, projection halls, karaoke halls (including restaurants with karaoke functions), amusement halls (including electronic amusement halls), saunas (except bathing parts) and Internet cafes shall be located in Class I and II fire-resistant buildings. When it must be located on other floors of the building, the following requirements should be met: First, it should not be located on the second floor or below. When located in the basement, the height difference between the basement floor and the outdoor entrance floor should not be greater than10m; ; Two, a hall, room construction area should not be greater than 200m2;; Third, smoke control facilities should be set up. For underground rooms, windowless rooms or above-ground rooms with fixed window sashes, as well as evacuation walkways over 20m without natural smoke exhaust or those with direct natural ventilation but over 40m in length, mechanical smoke exhaust facilities shall be provided.

Article 5. 1.2 When there are openings such as walkways and escalators connected with the upper and lower floors in the building, the upper and lower floors shall be regarded as a fire zone, and the sum of its construction area shall not exceed this specification;
