With the care of city and district leaders and the support of company leaders, the production and operation of XX downtown sewage treatment plant are basically stable throughout the year, and no major safety accidents have occurred. The work of the treatment plant in the past year is summarized as follows:

From June 5438 to August this year, our factory operated stably and the effluent basically reached the standard. In September and June, 5438+ 10, the effluent ammonia nitrogen exceeded the standard in some periods. On the basis of routine water quality detection, the laboratory has increased the detection frequency of ammonia nitrogen in the effluent of each pond, providing a basis for process adjustment. Since the end of 10 this year, the effluent has gradually recovered to the standard. At present, all ponds are operating normally, and all pollutants are discharged up to standard.

In addition, the laboratory cooperates with the monitoring station of XX Environmental Protection Bureau to monitor the water quality of sewage plant every month; Cooperate with the operation and maintenance personnel of online monitoring equipment to compare and test online monitoring equipment to ensure the accuracy of the equipment; In addition, while doing a good job of daily detection and analysis in the treatment plant, the laboratory also undertakes the report of relevant data.

This year, technicians were sent to Changsha No.2 Sewage Treatment Plant and Huizhou Sewage Treatment Plant for on-the-spot investigation and study, which accumulated valuable experience for domestication of activated sludge strains, automatic operation management and operation and maintenance of production equipment. We also appointed employees to participate in the half-month professional training for laboratory personnel organized by the Provincial Drainage Association, and the professional quality of sewage laboratory personnel has been improved.

Next year, our main goal is to ensure safe production and strive to complete the sewage treatment capacity index issued by the Provincial Construction Department. While completing the production task, we should pay close attention to internal management and achieve four "guarantees": ensuring safe production, ensuring normal operation of equipment, ensuring that production consumption is controlled at the lowest level, and ensuring that the factory water quality meets the emission standards. At the same time, our factory will continue to strengthen the professional and technical training for employees and improve their operational skills.
