Whether a project needs environmental assessment, whether it is a report or a report form, is based on the Catalogue of Classified Management of Environmental Impact Assessment of Construction Projects of the Ministry of Environmental Protection.
According to the new Catalogue of Classified Management of Environmental Impact Assessment of Construction Projects, which was implemented on June 5, 20 18, environmental sensitive areas of catering enterprises need to prepare environmental impact assessment reports for six or more benchmark furnaces. The rest just need to fill in the registration form. The registration form just doesn't need EIA, just fill in the form directly at the Environmental Protection Bureau.
