In order to further promote the development of small and medium-sized enterprises, the following suggestions are put forward: first, further create a good environment conducive to the development of small and medium-sized enterprises; First, improve the policy and legal system of SMEs. Implement policies and measures to support the development of small and medium-sized enterprises, and clean up laws, regulations and rules that are not conducive to the development of small and medium-sized enterprises.
