As the newly-built student canteen in Nanzhong Teachers' Dormitory needs to be demolished, Party B shall be responsible for the demolition. Article 4 Responsibilities and Obligations of Party B
1. As the contractor of this project, Party B shall be responsible for personal injuries and accidents during the project construction.
2. Temporary fences or warning signs shall be set up within the construction scope, and construction shall not be carried out beyond the specified construction scope, and irrelevant personnel are prohibited from entering the construction site. Take safety precautions, do a good job in peripheral protection, show safety warning signs, delimit safety warning lines, and prohibit non-construction personnel from entering the construction site.
Article 5 Liability for breach of contract
If Party B causes personal injury, equipment damage and other property losses to itself or a third party, Party B shall bear the responsibility and compensate the third party for the economic losses caused thereby.
Article 6 Other matters
All old materials removed by Party B shall be owned by Party B; Garbage should be taken outdoors and must be moved to the ground. After the acceptance by Party A, Party A will refund the overdue fine.

4. If the construction site is temporarily shut down, Party B shall do a good job in site protection, and the required expenses shall be borne by the responsible party or executed according to the contract.

Second, the contract time limit for a project and postpone conditions
(1) construction period
The total contract duration is about 53 days from the actual commencement date, and the completion date is 20xx165438+1October 25th.
(2) Conditions for extending the construction period
1. Party A fails to provide the construction drawings as agreed;
2. Design change or increase of engineering quantity;
3. Party B stops working for more than 24 hours due to water cut, power cut and gas cut;
4. Party B stops working for more than 24 hours due to other force majeure.
(3) Within 1 working days after Party B meets the conditions for extending the construction period, Party A shall put forward a written request for extending the construction period, and Party A shall confirm it within 1 working days after receiving the report. Third, the construction and safety requirements

1. Party A shall assist Party B in handling relevant construction permit procedures and coordinate all aspects.
2. Party B shall design the construction scheme for Party A free of charge in strict accordance with relevant national requirements, and submit the planning scheme to Party A within seven working days after signing the contract.
3. Party B shall complete the processing of the main components and deliver them to the site within seven working days after receiving the notice that Party A's construction drawing is approved.
4. Party B shall purchase and process in strict accordance with the requirements of construction drawings, and provide relevant materials to ensure the quality.
5. Party B shall carry out civilized construction in strict accordance with the construction requirements specified in the construction permit, and Party B shall bear all the responsibilities for the losses caused by the barbaric construction not as required.
(2) Safety requirements
Party B shall abide by the management regulations on safety production in engineering construction, organize construction in strict accordance with safety standards, take necessary safety protection measures to eliminate hidden dangers of accidents, and accept the supervision and inspection of Party A's representative.
Fourth, the project quality, acceptance and quality assurance
(1) quality standard
Party B shall carry out the construction in strict accordance with the clear requirements of Code for Design of Reinforced Concrete GBJI0-87 and Code for Setting Road Traffic Signs and Marks JTGD82-20xx to ensure the engineering quality.
(2) Project acceptance
1. Party B shall send a written acceptance notice to Party A ten working days in advance. If Party A fails to attend the acceptance on schedule, it shall reply to Party B in writing within three working days, and the acceptance date shall be agreed separately.
2. If Party A does not raise any objection after receiving the acceptance notice from Party B, but fails to organize the acceptance on the due date, the project shall be regarded as completed and qualified.
3. After the project is completed and accepted, the project handover shall be completed within three working days from the next day of acceptance.
(3) Engineering quality assurance
The warranty period of this project is within one year from the date of project completion acceptance, and Party B is responsible for the warranty of this project. During the warranty period, except for the engineering maintenance caused by force majeure, all expenses such as materials and labor costs involved shall be borne by Party B. After the warranty period expires, Party B will provide lifelong maintenance services.

(II) Within five working days after signing the contract, Party A shall pay Party B 30% of the total contract amount as the first progress payment.
(3) Within 7 working days after the equipment installation, Party A shall pay 50% of the total contract amount to Party B as the second-stage progress payment.
(4) Party A shall pay 15% of the total contract amount to Party B as the third progress payment within 20 working days from the date when the project is completed and accepted.
(5) 5% of the total contract amount is used as the quality guarantee, and the warranty period is one year. If there are no quality problems during the warranty period, Party A shall pay the quality deposit to Party B in full within ten working days after the expiration of the warranty period.
Liability for breach of contract of intransitive verbs
(1) Party A breaches the contract.
If Party B fails to pay the project progress payment on time as agreed in the contract due to Party A's reasons, which causes Party B to delay the construction period, Party A shall bear the extra expenses such as material storage and lost work caused by the construction period delay.
(2) Party B breaches the contract
1. Except for force majeure, if Party B fails to complete all the projects and pass the acceptance inspection on the date stipulated in this contract, Party B shall pay Party A a penalty of one thousandth of the total contract price for each overdue day, and the calculation time shall be the date when all the projects pass the acceptance inspection.
2. If the project cannot be put into normal use due to Party B's reasons, Party B shall pay Party A a liquidated damages of 10% of the total contract price and bear all losses caused to Party A from this.
3. For any safety accident caused by Party B's failure to comply with the requirements of safety production regulations in the construction process, Party B shall bear all responsibilities and compensate all losses caused to Party A by this accident.
Seven. Dispute mediation
Disputes between Party A and Party B in this project shall be settled through negotiation as far as possible. If negotiation fails, either party may bring a lawsuit to the court where the contract is performed.
Eight. supplementary terms
(1) This contract is made in quadruplicate, with Party A and Party B holding two copies respectively, and shall come into effect after being signed and sealed by both parties.
(II) For matters not covered in this contract, both parties may sign a supplementary agreement through consultation according to specific conditions and relevant regulations, and the supplementary agreement has the same effect as this contract.

In any of the following circumstances, the parties concerned shall be punished according to the specific circumstances:
