Many guests will call for advice or consult the hotel in person. After solving their doubts through my introduction and explanation, they feel very fulfilled. three, pain and happiness

in the process of internship, I am glad that I met a group of good colleagues. Hotel employees are generally locals, and they are all the same age as us, and most of them are even younger than us. We are already big sisters among xx employees. From the first meeting, I have been deeply attracted by these lovely little girls. When we were training, we also demonstrated the reception and explanation of the post to us many times. When they first took up their posts, they took care of us, knowing that we didn't adapt, and many times they didn't take a rest, so let us take a rest; If we don't understand anything, we all explain it to us carefully and patiently, and sometimes we will take the initiative to tell us the precautions in our work so as not to make mistakes. When we do something wrong, we will not blame us, but will encourage us. Colleagues know that we can't often go home to eat at home, and the nutrition is not enough, so they specially invite us to their home for dinner many times. Moreover, I didn't study hotel management before, but I studied Chinese cooking. I have no experience in hotel management, but our manager foreman and colleagues are very concerned about me. I remember that one of the problems reflected in the job fair held in our school is that there is a certain gap between students' practical operation ability and theoretical study in school. In a blink of an eye, more than two months of internship have passed, in these short two months. I realize that to define my goals, I must get along well with my colleagues and have good communication with my guests.
