On the basis of the above, the full-time high-level talents with master's degree or above will be given a financial subsidy of 50 yuan per square meter, with a maximum of 5,000 yuan per household. The purchase of third and above new commercial housing will not be subsidized.
Article 2 During June 10, 2022 to February 3 1 2023, taxpayers who sell their own houses in Dazhou and buy back their houses within 1 year after selling their existing houses shall be given preferential tax refund according to regulations. Article 3 Anyone who buys new commercial housing within 140 square meters (inclusive) in the central city shall be given a financial subsidy of 50% of the deed tax after paying the deed tax according to the regulations and obtaining the deed tax payment certificate. Article 5 Deposited employees who have not applied for housing provident fund loans in Dazhou and have sufficient repayment ability and good credit information may apply for housing provident fund loans when purchasing new commercial housing. If both husband and wife pay the housing provident fund, the upper limit of the loan amount will be adjusted to 700,000 yuan; If one of the husband and wife (or single) pays the provident fund, the upper limit of the loan amount will be adjusted to 600,000 yuan.

Article 7 Employees who have no loan debt from Dazhou housing provident fund are allowed to withdraw housing provident fund and buy self-occupied housing for their children or parents within Dazhou. If you buy self-occupied housing in Dazhou, adult children or parents are allowed to apply for housing provident fund loans.
Article 8 If Dazhou housing provident fund loan is used to purchase a house, the depositor may apply for withdrawing the balance of the account to pay the down payment after retaining 5% of the loan amount in his provident fund account, and implement the practice of refinancing.
Article 9 For those who purchase the first set of newly-built commercial housing, the minimum down payment ratio shall be no less than 20%; The minimum down payment ratio for households with 1 house and outstanding corresponding house purchase loans shall not be less than 30%. We will implement a long-term mechanism to dynamically adjust the interest rate policy for the first set of new commercial personal housing loans, and maintain, reduce or cancel the lower limit of the interest rate for the first set of commercial personal housing loans in stages according to regulations.
