The health examination of employees shall be carried out in accordance with the following items:

(1) previous medical history;

(2) palpation of liver and spleen;

(3) skin examination;

(5) Examination of dysentery and typhoid fever;

(six) clinically suspected or with a history of other intestinal infectious diseases within one year, and it is necessary to do corresponding laboratory tests;

(seven) liver function examination, found that alanine aminotransferase is abnormal, should check HAV-IgM, hepatitis E virus -IgM.

If it is found that the health examination is unqualified, the catering service provider shall adjust it to other jobs that do not affect food safety.

Persons suffering from digestive tract infectious diseases such as dysentery, typhoid fever, viral hepatitis A and viral hepatitis E, as well as active tuberculosis, suppurative or exudative dermatosis and other diseases that hinder food safety shall not engage in direct contact with imported food.
