From 6: 11 on September 31, 2122 to 24: 11 on October 2, 2122, the county entered an emergency state and strengthened social control. Relevant matters are hereby notified as follows.

1. Don't leave the county unless necessary, and don't go to Dongpo District and Danling County. In principle, don't move across districts and counties. If you really need to leave, you must have a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 24 hours.

5. Employees of life supermarkets, pharmacies, medical institutions, fresh express delivery, e-commerce distribution and catering enterprises that guarantee the basic needs of citizens must hold negative nucleic acid certificates within 24 hours.

Except for special vehicles that perform emergency tasks, such as ambulance, fire fighting, public security and emergency rescue, other vehicles engaged in ensuring supply, people's livelihood, production and epidemic prevention are allowed to pass by the temporary vehicle pass of emergency headquarters in Renshou County.

7. Primary and secondary schools, kindergartens and off-campus training institutions suspend offline teaching. Pension institutions, prisons and other key places are strictly closed and managed. All medical institutions strictly manage fever clinics, and all kinds of clinics are forbidden to accept fever patients.

8. Each township should set up special teams to provide timely services to meet the needs of citizens, especially to care for special groups such as elderly people living alone, disabled people and pregnant women.
