Workers who are unable to provide normal labor due to the suspension of work due to the epidemic situation shall be regarded as providing normal labor and paying wages, and labor relations shall not be terminated. Those who go to work during the epidemic period are still counted as normal attendance.
The employing unit shall, in accordance with the labor contract and state regulations, pay the laborers' labor remuneration in full and on time. If the employer is in arrears or fails to pay the labor remuneration in full, the employee may apply to the local people's court for a payment order according to law, and the people's court shall issue a payment order according to law. Wages should be paid to the workers themselves on a monthly basis in the form of money. The wages of workers shall not be deducted or delayed without reason.
