Started catering from 1998. I have cooked in Crystal Palace Chinese and Western Restaurant in Lengshuijiang, Loudi, and Bonier International Hotel in Lengshuijiang. From 2007 to 2009, a Chinese and Western restaurant was opened in Changsha University of Science and Technology.
