According to the requirements for promoting the construction of demonstration streets in the Work Plan for Further Special Remediation of Catering Oil Fume Pollution in Quanzhou Central City, it is decided to list Food Street and West Street as demonstration streets for special remediation of catering oil fume. Quanzhou Food Street is located in the most prosperous Fengze District in the center of Quanzhou, with a total length of 613m and a road width of15m. The design is based on the planning guiding ideology of traditional residential commerce in southern Fujian, which has a strong local architectural style.
