After participating in the municipal skill competition and the provincial skill competition, we have a deeper understanding of the artistic flower arrangement project and have greatly improved it.

So the school arranged for Fu Tong to practice in the flower shop outside, and I didn't participate in the internship because I had courses to take. So I'm not familiar with the works prepared by the students.
Third, because the skill competition was held in Jiangsu Province, the distance was far away and the time was tight, our props were prepared in a hurry, and there were some defects on them. We didn't prepare the background tree for the students until we arrived at the Jiangsu Skills Stadium. As the game is about to start, we have just got everything ready.
Fourth, during the competition, Fu Tong made an orderly survey of the site and calmly completed the flower arrangement work within the specified time. However, when we led the teachers to observe the scene, we found that the works of the whole stadium were very good. The exception was the southern region, where flower paste was not used in creative flower arrangement. The whole work was made of nails, and each work was elegant, atmospheric or creative. Fu Tong's work is also very good, but the flower arrangement effect of creative flower arrangement does not highlight my design concept, and there are still some shortcomings in the layout of the whole work:
1. There is nothing covered on the background board, which makes the whole work a little top-heavy.
2. There are holes and screws on the background board, so the overall effect has not been studied in the design of the work.
3. Due to the long distance, the flowers were delivered one day in advance, and it rained on the day of the competition, so some bouquets were not very fresh, and some flowers faded.
4. I didn't practice enough before the competition, so I found that some flowers were not enough in the process of arranging flowers on the day of the competition, and the expected effect was not achieved by replacing them with other flowers.
Countermeasures:
First, it is suggested that schools should have special funds for artistic flower arrangement and fruit and vegetable grafting projects, and provide places for teachers and students to practice flower arrangement projects for a long time, so as to really improve their flower arrangement skills.
2. Training arrangements should be substantial and feasible, and students should be urged to practice their works frequently and keep up with them. This skill competition once again tells us that it is not enough to rely solely on students' personal practice. Teachers must be good at this before they can take good care of students.
