Thirteenth buildings equipped with motor vehicle parking facilities shall build electric vehicle charging facilities or reserve construction and installation conditions in accordance with the following provisions:
(1) The scale of newly-built commercial parking lots, social parking lots, large-scale commercial parking lots and comprehensive transportation hub parking lots is more than 100 parking spaces, and electric vehicle charging facilities are built or installation conditions are reserved according to the parking space ratio of not less than 10%;
(two) new residential buildings, according to the proportion of 100% with the construction of electric vehicle charging facilities or reserved construction and installation conditions. Fourteenth new construction, renovation and expansion of the following buildings shall carry out traffic impact assessment to ensure that the static traffic environment in our city meets the requirements:
(1) Railway passenger and freight stations, highway passenger and freight stations and passenger and freight stations;
(2) Large gas stations, filling stations, public transport hubs and public parking lots;
(three) public buildings with a construction area of more than 15000 square meters;
(4) Residential buildings with a construction area of over 50,000 square meters in Class I areas;
(five) other buildings that seriously affect urban traffic. Fifteenth new buildings equipped with motor vehicle parking facilities shall not be lower than the standards stipulated in the schedule.
The renovation and expansion of existing buildings, and the construction area of the renovation and expansion part is greater than 1000 square meters (including 1000 square meters), shall be equipped with motor vehicle parking facilities according to the standards specified in the schedule. Article 16 The parking index of motor vehicles for building matching determined in the schedule shall be calculated by small cars. When arranging other types of motor vehicles in the parking spaces, the parking spaces for small cars can be converted according to the conversion values listed in the schedule of these Provisions. Article 17 The number of cars shall be calculated according to the parking standards for motor vehicles in buildings as specified in the attached table. If the mantissa is less than 1, it shall be calculated as 1. Article 18 The number of parking spaces in buildings that cannot meet the standard requirements of motor vehicle parking facilities due to the restriction of land use conditions shall be determined by the municipal planning administrative department according to the surrounding traffic conditions and planning requirements and reported to the Municipal People's Government for approval.
