Pork belly-600g.
Onion-half a slice.
Salt-40 grams.
Ginger-1 yuan.
Seasoning wine-1 spoon.

Cooking oil-1 tablespoon.
Step one:
Wash pork belly, add a spoonful of ginger and cooking wine.
Step two:
