Schools around the self-checking, in accordance with the requirements of the rectification program, from the school's food safety management, food service licenses, environmental hygiene, health certificates, request for certificates and tickets Management, processing and production management system, cleaning and disinfection, the use of food additives and other eight aspects of self-examination, in-depth search for the existence of outstanding problems and weaknesses, and seriously rectification.
(2) Rectification phase (July - the end of October)
The food and drug regulatory departments and educational administrations around the world should check and guide the self-inspection work of all types of schools, supervise the rectification of outstanding problems, and the implementation of rectification measures. Focused inspections will be carried out in schools where food poisoning has occurred.
(C) inspection stage (November - December)
The State Food and Drug Administration and the Ministry of Education will form a joint inspection team to conduct random checks on the remediation situation around the country.
