Study in Canada La Salle College Basic Introduction
I. Characteristics and Advantages

Created in 1959, La Salle College is one of the famous institutions of higher learning in Canada. The College offers specialized diplomas recognized by the Ministry of Advanced Education of Quebec, Canada. The diploma is issued directly by the Ministry of Higher Education. The annual provincial funding is more than RMB 100 million. Over the years, La Salle College has been a leader in higher education in Canada. La Salle College also has a special Montreal International Language Center where students can strengthen their English (or French).

La Salle College is located on the busiest street in downtown Montreal, a two-minute walk from the metro station. Two of Montreal's leading English-language universities are a stone's throw away, a five- and twenty-minute walk respectively, making it an excellent learning environment.

La Salle College has a high employment rate. La Salle College's job-oriented higher education, unlike the knowledge-oriented basic education of a university, makes La Salle College graduates the most sought after in the job market, which means they are more likely to find employment than graduates of other schools.

La Salle College's facilities are state-of-the-art, with a new, ultra-modern building built in the 1990s that is bright, spacious and well-equipped. Hundreds of computers are connected to the international network, allowing students to communicate with parents and friends via e-mail. Inside the building, there are cafes and restaurants run by students themselves, and there are many restaurants and stalls around the school, making it very convenient for students to eat.
