Legal analysis: the mid-autumn overtime wages, its holiday day should be three hundred percent of the wage compensation. According to the relevant provisions of the labor law, the statutory vacations to arrange for workers to work, pay no less than three hundred percent of the wage remuneration. The employer should pay more than the worker's normal working hours wages in accordance with the standard of three times the wage compensation.
Legal basis: "The People's Republic of China" Article 44 of the Labor Law of the People's Republic of China in one of the following cases, the employer shall pay the wage compensation higher than the wages of the workers' normal working hours in accordance with the following standards: (1) to arrange for the extension of the working hours of the laborers, to pay the wage compensation of not less than 150% of the wages; (2) to arrange for the laborers to work on the day of rest, and can not be arranged for the compensatory time off, to pay not less than 50% of the wages of the workers. (ii) on rest days, if the worker is assigned to work and no compensatory time off can be arranged, a remuneration of not less than 200 percent of the wages shall be paid; (iii) if the worker is assigned to work on statutory vacations, a remuneration of not less than 300 percent of the wages shall be paid.
