Personnel trained by legal training institutions can participate in the assessment of food safety administrators in catering services. Those who pass the examination will be awarded the Training Certificate for Food Safety Administrators of Catering Services uniformly printed by the Food and Drug Administration.
One: the form of evaluation
The assessment adopts the unified assessment standard of the whole province, a unified assessment system of question bank and qualified standard, and adopts the form of man-machine dialogue and closed-book assessment. The types of test questions are standardized and objective questions, and candidates should choose the correct best answer among the alternative answers.
Two: evaluation subjects
The food safety administrator assessment includes two assessment subjects: food safety laws and regulations and food safety professional knowledge.
Three: assessment scores
Each subject is evaluated and graded separately. The perfect score of each test paper is 100, and 60 points are qualified. The evaluation time for each subject is 50 minutes.
Four: the validity period of the score
The examination results of all subjects are valid within one year, and the participants must pass the examinations of two subjects within one year, otherwise they will re-participate in the training.
