1 Scope

This requirement specifies the registration of seafarers, the health requirements for their posts, and the requirements for inspection and evaluation.

this requirement is applicable to the personnel who apply for the registration of seafarers and the assessment of the health status of seafarers' posts.

3 terms and definitions

the following terms and definitions apply to this document.

3.1

seafarer registration

The maritime administrative agency allows the applicant to engage in the professional behavior of seamen in seagoing vessels in accordance with the Regulations of the People's Republic of China on Seamen and other relevant regulations.

3.2

Catering and service seafarers

crew members who provide catering and sanitation services on seagoing ships, including but not limited to chefs and waiters.

4. Health requirements for seamen's registration

4.1. Height

should be no less than 155cm.

4.2 blood pressure

systolic blood pressure is 91 mmhg ~ 141 mmhg, and diastolic blood pressure is 61 mmhg ~ 91 mmhg.

4.3 heart rate and respiratory rate

The heart rate is 51 ~ 111 times per minute, and the respiratory rate is 14 ~ 21 times per minute.

4.4 vision

4.4.1 farsightedness

The decimal recording method of visual chart specified in GB 11533 is adopted. The naked vision of both eyes can reach 1.4 or above, and the corrected vision can reach 1.6 or above.

4.4.2 near vision

the decimal recording method of visual acuity chart specified in GB 11533 is adopted. The naked vision of both eyes can reach 1.8 or above; Or the naked vision of both eyes can reach 1.4 or above, and the corrected vision of both eyes can reach 1.1 or above.

4.5 visual field

The visual field is normal when measured by white standard.

4.6 diplopia

No diplopia.

4.7 dark adaptation

normal.

4.8 color vision

Yu Ziping's pseudo-isochromatic chart was used to determine that there was no red-green color blindness.

4.9 hearing

As measured by an electric audiometer, the binaural naked hearing is less than or equal to 31dB in the frequency bands of 1.5, 1.1 and 2.1kHz, and less than or equal to 41dB in the frequency bands of 3.1, 4.1 and 6.1kHz.

4.11 language

Normal language communication skills.

4.11 Spine and limbs

The unequal length of both lower limbs shall not exceed 2cm, scoliosis shall not exceed 4cm, and there shall be no obvious kyphosis and no deformity of limbs. Muscle strength of spine and limbs is normal, and economic exercise is good.

4.12 Occupational restrictions and contraindications

4.12.1 Those who suffer from infectious diseases stipulated in the Law of the People's Republic of China on the Prevention and Control of Infectious Diseases do not meet the health requirements for seamen's registration without adequate treatment.
