However, it should be noted that, as the address of an enterprise's residence (business premises), it should first comply with the requirements of laws and regulations and the relevant provisions of this Municipality, that is to say, this house must have a house ownership certificate, and the purpose of the house recorded in the house ownership certificate is consistent with the business activities of the enterprise, which simply means "clear ownership and consistent use". Therefore, the residence cannot be used as the residence (business place) of the enterprise.

The following are some special cases, please read them carefully:

1. If the purpose of the real estate license is "industry, education, medical and health care, other (foreign-related, religious, prison)", the property owner can issue a statement that there is a need for supporting services.

2. If the planning approval materials of the house are obtained before October 1, 2119, and the purposes recorded in the real estate license are "transportation, warehousing, commerce, box finance, information, scientific research, culture, entertainment, sports, office and integration", you can directly register.

3. If the house you choose is not listed above, but belongs to one of the following circumstances, you can submit the supporting documents as required:

(1) If the house is located in a rural area and has not yet obtained the real estate license, you can submit a copy of the Rural Planning and Construction Permit or the Temporary Rural Planning and Construction Permit with the official seal of the unit, or you can submit the supporting documents issued by the township government.

(2) If the house belongs to the central unit, submit the certification documents issued by the house management departments of the directly affiliated institutions of the central government:

(6) If the house belongs to the state-owned enterprises and institutions supervised by the Municipal State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission, and the property used for industrial, warehousing and other purposes is used for commercial and other purposes, the certification documents issued by the Municipal State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission shall be submitted.

(7) If the house belongs to the railway system, the certificate issued by the house management department of Beijing Railway Bureau or its authorized unit shall be submitted.

(8) If the house belongs to the religious system, the Office of the Leading Group for the Implementation of Private Saving Policy in Beijing will issue the Notice of Confirmation of Right for the religious house, or submit the supporting documents issued by the business department of the religious group.

(9) If the house belongs to military real estate, submit the original copy of the Military Real Estate Lease Permit.

(1O) If the house belongs to the property of the Armed Police Force, submit a copy of the Xu Ding Certificate for Real Estate Lease of the Armed Police Force issued by the Infrastructure and Barracks Department of the Logistics Department of the Armed Police Force.

(11) If the house belongs to a hotel or restaurant (hotel), a copy of the business license stamped with the official seal of the hotel or restaurant (hotel) shall be submitted.

(12) If it is registered in the commodity trading market, the market service management institution shall issue a certificate and submit a copy of the business license stamped with the official seal of the market service management institution.

(13) those registered in civil air defense projects or ordinary basements shall submit the license documents for the use of civil air defense projects or the filing certificates of the district and county construction (housing) administrative departments.

(14) To apply for the operation of newspaper retail kiosks, the Municipal Postal Administration shall affix its seal on the application for registration and hand in a copy of the filing certificate issued by the municipal or district/county municipal appearance committee.

(15) Houses planned for commercial use on the ground floor of residential buildings are not allowed to engage in catering services, singing and dancing entertainment, providing Internet services, producing, processing and manufacturing, dealing in dangerous chemicals and other production and business activities that involve national umbrella protection, have serious umbrella protection risks, affect people's health and pollute the environment, and other industries that are not allowed to engage in according to laws and regulations.

4. If you apply to change your house into a business house, you should go through the relevant formalities for changing the nature of the house, and get it from the registration authority and fill in the Certificate of Agreeing to Change the House into a Business House

5. If the owner of the house you choose is an overseas institution or individual, the owner should set up a foreign-invested enterprise to carry out the rental business. (The area of the leased property is less than 511 square meters, except when the house was purchased before July II, 2116)

6. The following enterprises with related relationships can use the same address as their residence (business premises) for registration, except that the registered address belongs to the residence or the registered affiliated enterprises are unable to get in touch with the abnormal list of manned operations at their residence:

1) subsidiaries or joint-stock enterprises and parent enterprises;

2) the fund company and the fund management institution that manages the fund;

3) Limited partnership and partners (corporate in nature).
