Nanjing mandatory classification of household garbage penalties are as follows:

1. Individuals who fail to classify household garbage in accordance with the requirements of the specified time, place and manner, and refuse to listen to dissuasions, will be sentenced to a warning or a fine of not more than two hundred yuan by the department in charge of urban management administration.

If a unit fails to separate and put out household garbage at the prescribed place, the competent department of urban management shall order it to make corrections; if the circumstances are serious, it shall impose a fine of not less than 50,000 yuan and not more than 500,000 yuan.

2. If the person responsible for management fails to set up containers for collection of domestic garbage in accordance with the norms for the configuration of facilities for classification of domestic garbage, he shall be punished by a fine of not less than one thousand yuan; if he mixes and barges classified domestic garbage, he shall be punished by a fine of not less than one thousand yuan; and if he hands over classified domestic garbage to the units or individuals that do not meet the requirements for collection and transportation, he shall be punished by a fine of not less than two thousand yuan.

3, domestic waste collection, transportation units will have been classified and placed in the mixed collection of domestic waste, mixed transportation, by the competent department of urban management administration shall be fined from five thousand yuan to fifty thousand yuan.

4, household garbage collection, transportation units are not set up on-board online monitoring system, or not to maintain its normal operation; not to establish accounts, or not the source of household garbage, types, quantities, destination, classification quality and other information in real time uploaded to the household garbage management information system. The administrative department of urban management shall impose a fine of not less than five thousand yuan and not more than thirty thousand yuan.

5, household garbage disposal unit did not establish accounts, or not in accordance with the provisions of the information uploaded to the household garbage management information system, by the competent administrative department of urban management shall be fined not less than ten thousand yuan and not more than thirty thousand yuan.
