How to become stronger is the key problem to be solved in the second half of the year.
Of course, grades are the main thing. After all, development is an eternal theme. All departments and stores have made due contributions to the development of the company. Here, we should praise the high-quality stores with monthly sales performance exceeding 654.38+10,000 yuan, and the managers of the first district, Xiangjiang Beishang, Wujialing Branch, Hongxi, Yixin, Gospel, Joey and Xinhe stores who led the team to turn losses. The above stores have been profitable for three consecutive months. We must also praise the outstanding store managers represented by Sheng X, Fu X, Hu X, Ren X, Zhang X, Zhang X and Yin X. Without them, the company's development would definitely be difficult. At the same time, the door management, human resources, training and other departments have also shown good working conditions and professional standards, and made achievements in their work. Since last month, comrades from the door management department and other departments, together with Mr. Liu, have conducted regular inspections of stores three times a week, found store problems, listened to employees' voices, formulated optimization plans and solved practical problems, which has made a good start to improve the basic management level of stores, hoping to continue; Comrades in the training department can stay away from the prosperity and endure loneliness in remote mountain villages, overcome various difficulties such as mosquito bites, lack of water and electricity, and unbearable heat, and have successively delivered two young crops classes and two elite classes for enterprises. (2) The work of the engineering logistics line can't keep up with the requirements of the company's development situation;
Comrades in this line are practical, hard-working and have done a lot of work, but the results are often unsatisfactory. The main reasons are that we can't keep pace with the times, don't learn new things and technologies, have no planning and foresight in doing things, are used to doing things according to experience and preferences, lack management and communication skills, and can't comprehensively plan our work, which leads to a headache, a stopgap treatment and low efficiency. For example, vehicle management, air conditioning maintenance, signboard update, electronic screen production, store image upgrade and so on. There is no job that can't be moved without being pushed, and work is always in a passive position. I think it is not difficult for several comrades in this line to improve their work if they keep the style of hard work, strengthen business study and communication, carefully plan their work, and strengthen their awareness of actively planning and serving stores.
Second, the second half of the work plan
Just now, Mr. Liu made an overall plan for the work in the second half of the year, and made a further decomposition of the tasks in the second half of the year. As we all know, service and goods are two eternal themes from the implementation of retail chain to the store level, so let me talk about my views on service first. I think we should do a good job in at least two aspects: first, create a comfortable, warm and trustworthy shopping environment for customers, and at the same time let customers enjoy an intimate and value-for-money shopping process. Of course, it is also our goal to track the service effect and improve the added value of the service, so it is required that the company's software and hardware should be greatly improved, so in the second half of the year, it is necessary to improve the image of the store and the service quality of employees as a major event.

Store image belongs to visual recognition in enterprise identification system. The engineering logistics department should strictly control this work, contact and negotiate with fixed material suppliers, and sign supply contracts. At the beginning of the renovation, we should consider the convenience of hanging banners and flags in the storefront, as well as the lighting configuration of employee lockers, customer rest areas and commodity stacking places, and add more power plugs to the cashier. From the smile, greeting, a cup of welcome tea when entering the store to the pharmaceutical service in the consumption process, our employees' sincerity and enthusiasm are all reflected. Employees should form habits and persist in doing well. Led by the operation department, the training department is responsible for the implementation of training and combined with the assessment of the human resources department, it takes three months to popularize service standards and continue to practice and form habits. Of course, while grasping basic management, we should pay more attention to our service quality. Everything we do, in the final analysis, is to maximize the interests of customers, which requires us to have a solid professional foundation, so that customers can buy with confidence, without commercial fraud, use with peace of mind, quality assurance, happy, healthy and affordable after use. 2. Improve the commodity system and change the profit model.

This is an abnormal profit model that can't go far, and we must make up our minds to change it. First of all, we should broaden the purchase channels, go abroad and establish a national procurement platform. 4. Establish a performance appraisal system for all employees.
