In general, each adult consumes 1 pound of food in total***; a child is about half 1/2 pound, or half a pound, of an adult. Every 10 guests can consume 4 liters of beverages; typically, a guest will drink 2 beverages in the first hour and 1 beverage every hour thereafter.
So for the drinks that need to be prepared, if it is a small bottle, you need to consider each guest, at least 15 bottles, taking into account a part of the people a bottle is not enough, then about 20 bottles can be prepared; if it is a large bottle, a bottle to a liter to calculate, about 8 liters of drinks, that is, you need to be 8 bottles.
