Must be returned to the country of origin for processing. Need application form, diploma and its copy, ID card and its copy, household registration book and registration card.

1) Graduates who apply for self-employment should hold relevant materials, apply to the department in charge of employment of graduates of origin, and fill in the Application Form for Self-employment Certificate of College Graduates uniformly printed by the education department. (2) Normal graduates apply to the Municipal Education Bureau, and non-normal graduates apply to the Municipal Personnel Bureau. (3) The competent department of employment of graduates in each city shall register and verify the applicant's situation according to the files provided by the school. Free self-employment certificates will be issued to qualified graduates who apply for self-employment.
