Departmental evaluation: All departments should use scientific and reasonable performance evaluation indicators, evaluation standards and evaluation methods to give priority to departmental evaluation of major policies and projects of their own departments, and achieve full coverage in a three-year cycle.
3. Financial evaluation: The financial department of the people's government at or above the county level shall establish a performance evaluation mechanism for major policies and project budgets, and gradually carry out the overall performance evaluation of the department. Give priority to the major policies and projects that have been implemented by the CPC Central Committee, the State Council, the provincial party committee and the provincial government, with wide coverage, great influence, high social concern, large capital investment and long implementation period, and carry out financial evaluation.
