When purchasing food, a food business operator shall check the supplier's license, food factory inspection certificate or other qualification certificates (hereinafter referred to as qualification documents).
a food trading enterprise shall establish a food purchase inspection record system, truthfully record the name, specification, quantity, production date or batch number, shelf life, purchase date, name, address and contact information of the supplier, and keep relevant vouchers. The retention period of records and vouchers shall conform to the provisions of the second paragraph of Article 51 of this Law.
for a food business enterprise that implements a unified distribution operation mode, the headquarters of the enterprise can uniformly check the supplier's license and food conformity certification documents, and make food purchase inspection records.
an operating enterprise engaged in food wholesale business shall establish a food sales record system, truthfully record the name, specification, quantity, production date or batch number, shelf life, sales date, name, address and contact information of the purchaser of the wholesale food, and keep relevant vouchers. The retention period of records and vouchers shall conform to the provisions of the second paragraph of Article 51 of this Law.
