Article 8, 4.2.2 of the Technical Rules for Statutory Inspection of Inland Rivers (20 15 Revision Bulletin) stipulates: "Sightseeing boats and tourist boats should be equipped with life jackets according to at least 100% of the number of passengers, and life jackets and personal life-saving buoys of other passenger ships should be equipped according to the following table."

Note: ① Passenger ships sailing in the Three Gorges reservoir area are equipped according to the requirements of the above A-class navigation area; (2) The catering barge shall be equipped in half according to the requirements of Class 5 passenger ships; (3) With the consent of the ship inspection, life jackets and personal life-saving buoys can be replaced with each other.

Each passenger ship is equipped with 10% of the total number of passengers, and the sightseeing ship is equipped with 1 lifejacket for each child according to the number of children that may be carried in operation.

Passenger ships with a captain of 60m or more should be equipped with life jackets in public places at a rate of 5% of the total number of passengers, and passenger ships with a class A navigation area and a J 1 segment at a rate of 1 0%.

For 1 class passenger ships sailing in Class A navigation area and J 1J2 segment, 20% of the life jackets should also be equipped with life jacket lights.
