September. Early childhood teachers are an important part of the teaching team that cannot be ignored. They are mainly female educators who are responsible for educating preschool children, i.e. toddlers. Early childhood teachers focus on enlightening young children, which helps in gaining beneficial learning experiences and promotes overall harmonious development of the body and mind. The role of early childhood teachers in the teaching and learning process is by no means only a transmitter of knowledge, but also a supporter, collaborator, and mentor of young children's learning activities.
