1. The applicant or the agent entrusted by the applicant submits the Application for Pre-approval of the Name of Individual Industrial and Commercial Households, the identity certificate of the operator and other materials to the registration authority where the business premises are located, and applies for pre-approval of the name of individual industrial and commercial houses;

2. Notice of Pre-approval of Individual Industrial and Commercial Households issued by the registration authority;

3. Apply for business registration;

4. Obtain a business license.
